Thomas (TJ) Aucello, RRT

TJ our Clinical Director of Respiratory Therapy and primarily works at our Washington Township location. TJ enjoys the privilege to be a part of patient transformation over the course of pulmonary rehabilitation. He believes educating patients and helping them achieve their best quality of life through exercise is the most rewarding part of the job. TJ strives to reduce symptoms, increase physical and social activity, and improve patients’ overall quality of life by developing a unique and specific plan of care for each one suffering from chronic respiratory disease. Outside of work, TJ likes completing DIY projects.

Beth Anderson, RRT

Beth Anderson is a Respiratory Therapist at our Cherry Hill, Location. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2005. She received her associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy at Hahnemann University.  She has over 30 years of experience. She enjoys helping our patients progress with therapy and perform tasks they may have thought impossible when beginning the program.

Lynn Drimak, RRT

Lynn is a Respiratory Therapist at our Washington Township Location. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2018.  She received her associate degree in respiratory therapy from Gwynedd Mercy College and 35 + years of experience. She enjoys working for Advantage Therapy, as they share the same values and commitment to providing the highest quality of care to my patients. Outside of work she volunteers with “Adopt a Soldier”, where she writes letters, sends care packages to our brave men and women in the U.S Arm forces.

Colette Gaines, RRT, ACCS

Colette is a Respiratory Therapist at all of our Advantage locations. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2017. She received her associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She loves helping our patients progress in the gym, and educating our Obstructive Sleep Apnea patients on the use of CPAP equipment to help them breathe and sleep better at night. Colette believes Advantage is a great place to work with friendly, hard-working co-workers and patients.

Ginny Oksten, CRT

Virginia (Ginny) Oksten has been in Respiratory for 28 years, earning her degree in 1992. Over the years she has worked with a variety of patients; emergency care, with pediatric and adult ventilator patients. Currently, Ginny works with Pulmonary Rehabilitation patients at Advantage Therapy Centers and with CPAP, Auto PAP, and BiPAP patients for Advantage Sleep Centers, where she educates them on OSA, equipment, and insurance guidelines. Ginny enjoys being able to help educate patients with breathing & exercise techniques that will improve their quality of life, as well as her OSA patients that will benefit from their PAP therapy. Outside of work, Ginny enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, and crafting.

Physical Therapists

Rocco Gervasi, DPT

Rocco is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at Advantage Therapy Centers. Rocco received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry. He has over 8 years of experience in PT. Rocco loves his career. He finds it rewarding to interact and connect with people. He enjoys helping people become a healthier version of themselves by utilizing physical and nutritional strategies. Rocco finds it imperative to continue to research new approaches in medical physiology in order to offer nutritional and exercise counseling, and network with other driven individuals.

Sandra LeGore, PT, MS

Sandra (Sandy) LeGore is a Physical Therapist at our Washington Township office. Sandy has been with at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2013. Sandy graduated from the University of Delaware and subsequently received an Advanced Master’s Degree from Hahnemann University in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Sandra enjoys being part of the multi-disciplinary Advantage Therapy team, for pulmonary rehab patients. She finds it rewarding witnessing the positive treatment outcomes and improved the quality of life of the patients. Outside of work, Sandra volunteers at the Gift of Life in Philadelphia. Her volunteer group is called “Four Ladies and Friends” and provides home-baked goods for patients and families undergoing organ transplants that are staying at the Gift of Life House.

Brent Wilder, DPT

Brent is a Physical Therapist currently working at multiple Advantage Therapy locations. Brent received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Stockton University in 2018. He continued on to complete a 6-year accelerated program, obtaining his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stockton in 2020. Quickly after graduating, Brent began working with Advantage Therapy Centers. He loves the multi-disciplinary approach Advantage takes to patient care. Brent is passionate about the Physical Therapy profession and having the ability to make a true connection with his patients. He strives to develop patient-centered programs based on the latest evidence and research. His goal is to promote improved quality of life, independence, and lifelong changes in health and wellness for all his patients. In his free time, Brent enjoys long-distance running, hiking, and watching sports.

Jastin Windell, DPT

Jastin Windell is a Physical Therapist in our Mount Laurel, NJ location. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Delaware and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Drexel University in 2013. Her practice interests include working with pulmonary/respiratory, vestibular and orthopedic diagnoses. She especially enjoys working with the adult to the geriatric population and being part of their success story in reaching their functional goals. Her interests outside of work include going to concerts, traveling and living the city life in Philadelphia.

Amy White, PT

Amy is a Physical Therapist with 20 years of experience. She has worked in Acute Care, Outpatient Orthopedic, Vestibular and Geriatric Settings. She joined the Advantage Therapy Team in 2012 and loves educating patients on exercise and breathing techniques.  Amy lives in Gloucester County with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching her son play lacrosse and her daughter play soccer. When not going to her kids sporting events, Amy can be found in the kitchen, her second passion is whipping up healthy and delicious recipes for her family, friends, and patients.

Angela Budalski, DPT

Angela Burdalski is one of our Physical Therapists in our Mt. Laurel location. She completed her undergraduate degree at Bloomsburg University in PA, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Widener University in PA in 2014. Her practice interests include working with vestibular, orthopedic, and pulmonary patients of all ages to help them achieve a better quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and two young daughters.

Heather McDevitt, PTA

I am a Physical Therapist assistant with 20 years of experience and have an associates degree from ACCC in applied science. I work with and under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to carry out the patient’s plan of care. Treatments include education and proper breathing techniques to increase endurance/movement, improve oxygen intake, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health along with increasing their quality of life. The best part of my job is to help patients to continue to live independently and to continue their roles in the home, at work, and in the community.


Samantha Shalit-Scriptunas, DPT

Samantha (Sami) Shalit-Scriptunas is a Physical Therapist at our Cherry Hill office. Sami received a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Aquatic Therapy.  She continued her education at West Virginia University, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has a love for innovation, using new techniques, and research to apply the best practices in physical therapy. Sami is certified in kinesio taping and has a deep love and knowledge of the practice. Her practice interests include geriatrics, pulmonary therapy, and orthopedics, with the ultimate goal of helping all patients achieve the best outcomes possible. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world, extreme sports, video games, and music.

Monal Patel, OTD, OTR/L

Monal Patel is our primary Occupational Therapist in the Mount Laurel office location. Monal received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in May 2018 from Huntington University in Fort Wayne, IN. Since beginning her career, Monal has worked in a variety of settings including hand therapy, outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation, and inpatient long-term care. Monal strongly believes that patient education is essential in all forms of rehabilitation. She believes that education best promotes understanding and carries over to facilitate accomplishment of patient goals.


Kaltrina Pacuku


Kaltrina, also known as Kat, is the Director of our Occupational Program at Advantage Therapy Centers. She graduated from the University of Sciences. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient therapy services. Kat’s professional experience has been in treating various injuries, diseases, and disorders; including orthopedic injuries, muscular pain, neurological disorders, natural deconditioning, and more! She knows that no single approach is right for every individual and has gained the appropriate training to provide patients quality care.

Lisa Sheridan, OTR/L

Lisa is an Occupational Therapist who has been at Advantage Therapy Centers in Sewell, NJ for one year. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware, and her graduate degree at Kean University. Lisa’s professional experience has been in settings including inpatient rehabilitation, subacute nursing, and home care. She enjoys working with a diverse population of patients, and working together with the patient to ensure optimal quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, baking, and zumba.

Rachel Holmes MSOT, OTR/L

Rachel is an Occupational Therapist who has been with Advantage Therapy Centers since March 2021. She obtained her Master’s degree from Alvernia University in 2017. Rachel’s professional experience includes inpatient sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, home care, and outpatient. Rachel’s favorite part of her job is getting to know her patients on a personal level. She believes it is a privilege to work with patients to improve their quality of life. In her free time, Rachel loves the outdoors and participates in archery, fishing,  hiking, and walking her Labradoodle.

Erika Team Page

Erika Sakkestad MSOT, OTR/L

Erika has been an Occupational Therapist in our Sewell, NJ location since May 2021. She completed the Master’s Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy at Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. Erika has experience in outpatient and home care settings and especially enjoys working with the older adult population. Erika loves to relate to her patients on a personal level and to help them leave therapy sessions with a positive outlook. Erika enjoys entertaining her dog in her free time, going for nature walks, ballet dancing, and watching movies.

Social Workers

Jodi Koutsovitis, CSW

Jodi is a Program Coordinator here at Advantage Therapy Centers. She has worked at Advantage Therapy centers since 2012.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and later completed a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She has been supporting, encouraging, and advocating for seniors and disabled persons throughout her career. She has 25 years of experience working in the healthcare field including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Adult Medicare Day Care, and Adult Retirement Community.

As a Program Coordinator, she works with patients and family members to ensure that their needs are addressed by providing education related to coping with chronic lung disease including disease and symptom management and providing them access to community resources to meet their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Jodi loves the opportunity to provide compassionate support and education to enable patients to achieve the highest level of quality of life. Jodi finds it rewarding to witness patients’ increased confidence and ability to manage their breathing issues as a result of participating in the program.

Stephanie Pilson, CSW

Stephanie is one of our Program Coordinators for Advantage Therapy Centers, primarily working in our Mount Laurel and Cherry Hill offices. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Cabrini University in 1998 and has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, primarily in geriatrics. Stephanie joined our team in 2011, prior to, she was working for Assisted Living Facilities and Skilled Nursing facilities in long-term care, ventilation units and Alzheimer’s units. 

As Program Coordinator, she work with patients and families to ensure their needs are addressed by providing education on disease and symptom management by providing them with access to community resources to meet their physical, psychological, social, or spiritual needs. She addresses patient-centered issues which will restore them to their highest level of functioning possible and provide them with the self-confidence to conduct their daily activities of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beautiful daughters.
