As part of our focused team, this individual is responsible for verification of insurance benefits, answering multi phone lines, patient intake, authorization process, and scheduling of patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls from patients and physician offices
- Scanning documents in patient’s electronic medical records
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Obtaining referrals and authorizations
- Assisting management with special projects
- Assisting with medical billing
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a physicians office is a must
- Exceptional organization and communication skills with health care providers, patients, and co-workers
- Dedication to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of our facilities
Physical Therapist/ Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ conditions to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of orthopedic, pulmonary, and vestibular conditions and treatments
- Strong physiology knowledge
- Compassionate patient care skills
- Expertise in geriatric physical therapy
- Experience in use of manual therapy techniques
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and kindness
