Donna Pitko, CRT

Donna Pitko is a Respiratory Therapist at our Mount Laurel office. She is a graduate of Burlington County College and Philadelphia University. Donna has been working at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2004. She enjoys interacting with her patients and seeing them reach their therapy goals. In her spare time, Donna enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and her dog.

Beth Anderson, CRT

Beth Anderson is a Respiratory Therapist at our Cherry Hill, Location. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2005. She received her associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy at Hahnemann University.  She has over 30 years of experience. She enjoys helping our patients progress with therapy and perform tasks they may have thought impossible when beginning the program.

Christy Ready, CRT

Christy is a Respiratory Therapist at all of our Advantage locations. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2014. She received her associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from Hahnemann University and has over 40 years of experience. She enjoys being a part of a multidisciplinary team providing supervised exercise, patient education, and breathing techniques to patients with breathing disorders. This care is provided in a friendly and compassionate atmosphere with patient safety. Outside of work she enjoys walking and hiking in the woods.

Colette Gaines, CRT, ACCS

Colette is a Respiratory Therapist at all of our Advantage locations. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2017. She received her associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She loves helping our patients progress in the gym. Colette believes Advantage is a great place to work; friendly, hard-working co-workers, and patients.

Michelle Coolahan, CRT

Michelle is a Respiratory Therapist at all of our Advantage locations. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2018. Michelle has been in the industry for 15+ years. She loves helping/educating patients and getting to know them. Outside of work Michelle enjoys traveling and playing tennis.

Dave Graber, CRT

Dave Graber is a part time Respiratory Therapist at the Washington Township location. Dave Graduated Rutgers Respiratory Therapy Program in October 2014 and earned an Associates Degree.

David enjoys interacting with the patients and getting to know them on a personal level. He believes it is very rewarding seeing how they progress through the program and improve their quality of life.

Lynn Drimak, RRT

Lynn is a Respiratory Therapist at our Washington Township Location. She has worked at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2018.  She received her associate degree in respiratory therapy from Gwynedd Mercy College and 35 + years of experience. She enjoys working for Advantage Therapy, as they share the same values and commitment to providing the highest quality of care to my patients.

Outside of volunteering with “Adopt a Soldier, where she writes letters, sends care, and care packages to our brave men and women in the U.S Arm forces.

Thomas (TJ) Aucello, RRT

TJ is one of our Respiratory Therapists in our Washington Township location. TJ enjoys being allowed the privilege to be apart of the transformation of my patients over the course of the pulmonary rehabilitation program. He believes educating patients and helping them achieve their best quality of life through exercise is the most rewarding part of my job. Advantage Therapy’s supervised program provides exercise training, health education, and breathing techniques for people who have certain lung conditions or lung problems due to other conditions. TJ strives to reduce symptoms, increase physical and social activity, and improve the overall quality of life by developing a unique and specific plan of care for patients suffering from chronic respiratory disease. Outside of work, TJ likes completing DIY projects.

Physical Therapists

Chrissy Walker, PT

Chrissy Walker is the lead therapist at our Washington Township office and has been with Advantage Therapy Centers since 2006. She earned her Master’s degree in physical therapy from The University of The Sciences in Philadelphia in 2002.  

Chrissy enjoys working with a broad spectrum of patients ranging from the youthful adolescent to the aging adult.  She revels in a setting specializing in orthopedics as well as balance and vestibular disorders and is certified in Graston Technique and Rocktape.

Rocco Gervasi, PT, DPT

Rocco is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at Advantage Therapy Centers. Rocco received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry. He has over 8 years of experience in PT. Rocco loves his career. He finds it rewarding to interact and connect with people. He enjoys helping people become a healthier version of themselves but utilizing physical and nutritional strategies from contemporary objective research. Rocco finds it imperative to continue to research new approaches in medical physiology in order to offer nutritional and exercise counseling, and network with other like-minded driven individuals.

Sandra Legore, PT, MS

Sandra (Sandy) Legore is a Physical Therapist at our Washington Township office. Sandy has been with at Advantage Therapy Centers since 2013. Sandy graduated from the University of Delaware and subsequently received an Advanced Master’s Degree from Hahnemann University in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Sandra enjoys being part of the multi-disciplinary Advantage Therapy team, for pulmonary rehab patients. She finds it rewarding witnessing the positive treatment outcomes and improved the quality of life of the patients. Outside of work, Sandra volunteers at the Gift of Life in Philadelphia. Her volunteer group is called, “Four Ladies and Friends”. This group provides home-baked goods for patients and families undergoing organ transplants and are staying at the Gift of Life House.

Jastin Windell, PT, DPT

Jastin Windell is a Physical Therapist in our Mount Laurel, NJ location. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Delaware and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Drexel University in 2013. Her practice interests include working with pulmonary/respiratory, vestibular and orthopedic diagnoses. She especially enjoys working with the adult to the geriatric population and being part of their success story in reaching their functional goals. Her interests outside of work include going to concerts, traveling and living the city life in Philadelphia.

Amy White, PT

Amy is a Physical Therapist with 20 years of experience. She has worked in Acute Care, Outpatient Orthopedic, Vestibular and Geriatric Settings. She joined the Advantage Therapy Team in 2012 and loves educating patients on exercise and breathing techniques.  Amy lives in Gloucester County with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching her 10-year-old son play lacrosse and her 8-year-old daughter play soccer. When not going to her kids sporting events, Amy can be found in the kitchen, her second passion is whipping up healthy and delicious recipes for her family, friends, and patients.

Angela Budalski, PT, DPT

Angela Burdalski is one of our Physical Therapists in our Mt. Laurel location. She completed her undergraduate degree at Bloomsburg University in PA, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Widener University in PA in 2014. Her practice interests include working with vestibular, orthopedic, and pulmonary patients of all ages to help them achieve a better quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and two young daughters.

Heather McDevitt, PTA

I am a Physical Therapist assistant with 20 years of experience and have an associates degree from ACCC in applied science. I work with and under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to carry out the patient’s plan of care. Treatments include education and proper breathing techniques to increase endurance/movement, improve oxygen intake, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health along with increasing their quality of life. The best part of my job is to help patients to continue to live independently and to continue their roles in the home, at work, and in the community.

Occupational Therapists

Kaltrina Pacuku

MOT, OTR-L, C-Pam, MSCS

Kaltrina, also known as Kat, is the Director of our Occupational Program at Advantage Therapy Centers. She graduated from the University of Sciences. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient therapy services. Kat’s professional experience has been in treating various injuries, diseases, and disorders; including orthopedic injuries, muscular pain, neurological disorders, natural deconditioning, and more! She knows that no single approach is right for every individual and has gained the appropriate training to provide patients quality of care.

Social Workers

Jodi Koutsovitis, CSW

Jodi is a Program Coordinator here at Advantage Therapy Centers. She has worked at Advantage Therapy centers since 2012.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and later completed a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She has been supporting, encouraging, and advocating for seniors and disabled persons throughout her career. She has 25 years’ experience working in the healthcare field including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Adult Medicare Day Care, and Adult Retirement Community.

The Pulmonary Program at Advantage consists of an interdisciplinary team for the treatment of COPD and other lung conditions. Patients benefit from a team approach by developing skills and learning tools to help manage their disease and symptoms. As a Program Coordinator, she works with patients and family members to ensure that their needs are addressed by providing education related to coping with chronic lung disease including disease and symptom management and providing them access to community resources to meet their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Jodi loves the opportunity to provide compassionate support and education to enable patients to achieve the highest level of quality of life. Jodi finds it rewarding to witness patients’ increased confidence and ability to manage their breathing issues as a result of participating in the program.

Stephanie Pilson, CSW

Stephanie is one of our Program Coordinators for Advantage Therapy Centers, primarily working in our Mount Laurel and Cherry Hill offices. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Cabrini University in 1998 and has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry primarily in geriatrics.  Stephanie joined the Advantage Therapy team in 2011, prior to, she was working for Assisted Living Facilities and Skilled Nursing facilities in long-term care, ventilation units and Alzheimer’s units. As Program Coordinator, we work with patients and families to ensure their needs are addressed by providing education on disease and symptom management by providing them with access to community resources to meet their physical, psychological, social, or spiritual needs. We address patient-centered issues which will restore them to their highest level of functioning possible and provide them with the self-confidence to conduct their daily activities of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beautiful daughters.
